1. Purchase eco-friendly products. Anything that is labelled with words such as poison, danger, caution, or warning are not safe. You can also make your own cleaning products that are equally effective with ingredients such as lemon juice, baking soda and white vinegar
  2. Research cleaning tips and tricks that are eco-friendly, we share a lot of these on our social media and blogs
  3. Save water by using a bucket or sink of water rather than tap running 
  4. Use energy efficient dishwasher. This way you save water and energy costs! 
  5. Use microfibre clothes or towels when cleaning as paper towels are non-renewable resources 
  6. Unplug appliances and tools when not in use 
  7. Reuse old toothbrushes for cleaning awkward areas
